General Terms and Conditions

1.This offer is available to new Nigeria clients who have no deposit history before with PU Prime.

2.Promotion component: USD $100 No Deposit Bonus (NDB)

3.Account type: Standard Account, Islamic Standard Account.
*This offer is eligible for all trading platforms except for Copy Trading Platform.
*If a client has multiple eligible accounts, only one eligible account can participate.

4.Client requirements for participating in this promotion:

a.Among the clients who participated in the Nigeria Seminar, ONLY 10 Nigeria clients will be generated through the Raffle Draw;
b.The same client can only participate in this promotion once and cannot participate repeatedly.

5.DB Validity Period: 90 days

6.About deposit: Deposit is restricted.
*If clients want to make a deposit, they need to contact their Account Manager to opt out of this promotion first.

7.About withdrawal:

a.IF the client trades ≥ 1 standard lot during the promotion period: Can withdraw but has limitations:

During the promotion period, the client can only accumulate withdraw ≤ USD $100 (or equivalent currency) before the credit is removed.
*USD $100 (or equivalent currency) = profit
*Credit amounts cannot be withdrawn.

After the promotion ends, credit is removed, the withdrawal limitation will be canceled.
b.IF the client doesn’t trade ≥ 1 standard lot during the promotion period: Cannot withdraw.

8.AFTER THE PROMOTION PERIOD ENDS:

a.This promotion will expire 90 days from the date the NDB is credited to the account (system time). All orders must be closed before the expiration. Clients must apply for withdrawal before the expiration date. The USD $100 NDB and remaining profit will be automatically removed upon expiration. Clients must ensure sufficient margin in their account to prevent trades from being liquidated.
b.If the account does not have any transaction record, the bonus and balance will be automatically removed after the promotion period ends.

9.During the promotion period, the balance/bonus cannot be transferred to any other person, cannot be transferred to other accounts held by the same client, or exchanged for other financial services or benefits provided by PU Prime.

1.Subject to, and without prejudice to, all other Terms and Conditions, the offer is available to PU Prime’s Clients who have satisfied the Eligibility Criteria for the offer (“Eligible Clients”) as set out in the sections following hereinafter.

2.The “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” may be offered by PU Prime from time to time to clients who open real trading accounts (meaning not demo) with PU Prime, in cases where such clients are referred to PU Prime via specific websites and/or social network sites in the context of certain specific promotions, and/or surveys that PU Prime may be running from time to time on such specific websites and/or social network sites.

3.PU Prime, at its absolute discretion, offers the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” to any Client(s) from any countries/regions, as it deems appropriate and for as long as PU Prime deems to provide it.

4.Only persons who can form legally binding contracts under the laws applicable in their country of residence may participate in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus”. Without limiting the foregoing, participation in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” is not allowed for persons under the age of 18 or otherwise under legal age in their country of residence (“Minors”). If you are a minor, you cannot participate in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus”.

5.Participation in the promotion must be conducted using accounts that are genuinely owned and operated by the participant. The following activities are strictly regulated:

a.The use of purchased, rented, borrowed, or otherwise non-personally owned accounts to participate in the promotion is strictly prohibited.
b.Where it is determined that one individual or group exercises control over multiple accounts, including but not limited to shared devices, identical or highly correlated IP addresses, similar trading behavior, fund transfers between accounts, or coordinated trading strategies, PU Prime reserves the right to deem such accounts as being under a single controlling entity.
c.Family members or related parties may participate in this promotion, provided that each account is independently operated, funded, and controlled, and there is no indication of coordinated activity or unified control.

PU Prime reserves the right to investigate any accounts suspected of breaching these Terms and Conditions and to make the final determination at its sole discretion. In the event of any violation, PU Prime reserves the right to disqualify the participant(s) and forfeit any associated rewards.

6.Similarly, persons associated in any manner whatsoever with PU Prime and/or with the specific websites and/or social network sites on which PU Prime may be running from time to time certain specific promotions, contests and/or surveys, in the context of which access to the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” is offered, are not allowed to participate in the offer.

1.This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any Deposit Bonus promotion, any other No Deposit Bonus promotion, First Deposit Cashback promotion, MAX Cash Rebate promotion, Crypto Cashback promotion.

2.Participation in the promotion is exclusively open to clients.

3.The “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” applies to eligible clients who open a real (meaning not demo) account with PU Prime in accordance with the rules set herein and granted credit bonuses may be used for trading purposes only.

4.Credit Bonus cannot be (i) transferred to any other person; (ii) transferred to another account held by the Eligible Clients; or (iii) exchanged for other financial services or benefits provided by PU Prime.

5.The PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion:

a.to decline registration of any participant in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus”; and
b.disqualify any participant in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” who tampers or breaches these terms and/or any of the “PU Prime Terms and Conditions” set forth on PU Prime’s website.

6.PU Prime reserves the right, at its reasonable discretion, to discontinue the offering of this “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” to any of its clients, without having to explain the reasons. Such clients will be informed via email.

7.PU Prime reserves the right to alter, amend or terminate the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” or any aspect of it at any time without having to compensate anyone for that. Prior notice of such changes will be given to clients. Please note that taking part in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” constitutes acceptance and agreement to abide by any such alterations, amendments and/or changes.

8.Any indication or suspicion, in the PU Prime’s sole discretion, of any form of arbitrage (including but not limited to risk free profiting), abuse (including but not limited to participant’s trading activity patterns that indicate that the participant solely aims to benefit financially from the Credit Bonus without being genuinely interested in trading in the markets and/or taking market risk), fraud, manipulation, cash-back arbitrage connected to a credit bonus or any other forms of deceitful or fraudulent activity, will nullify all previously credited credit bonuses of the Eligible Client’s real trading accounts with PU Prime and/or any and all transactions carried and/or profits or losses garnered therein. In these circumstances, PU Prime reserves the right, at its sole discretion to close/suspend (either temporarily or permanently) all such Eligible Client’s real trading account(s) with PU Prime, cancel all orders and annul all profits of such participants. In these circumstances, PU Prime shall not be liable for any consequences of the credit bonus cancellation, including, but not limited to, order(s) closure by Stop Out.

9.In the event that a trading account becomes Dormant all previously awarded credit bonus (es) will be immediately withdrawn from the respective Eligible Clients real account with the PU Prime.

10.Taking part in the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions and of the PU Prime Terms and Conditions set forth on the PU Prime’s website.

11.The “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” is available for a limited period of time only, as indicated in the rules of engagement of the specific promotion, and/or survey of which the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” is mentioned to be a part of.

12.In the event of any suspicion of lock-up or hedging positions, PU Prime reserves the right to refuse the issuance of rewards, or reclaim the distributed rewards.

13.If these terms and conditions of the “Nigeria Seminar Raffle Draw Bonus” are translated into a language other than English, the English version is superior in the case of an incompatible interpretation.
